Who Agency „Epoha“ was founded in 2006. Since its formation the agency implemented a number of projects and activities, with employment project for students and members of „Epoha“ being started in the beginning of 2014. The project gathers a team of young highly educated people whose main motivation is to help students and unemployed young people to find a job in foreign countries. Since its formation the agency implemented a number of projects and activities, with employment project for students and members of „Epoha“ being started in the beginning of 2014. The project gathers a team of young highly educated people whose main motivation is to help young people and fellow citizens. A part of the team is located in its office, while the other part is doing field work in the search for best possible arrangements with employers, while cooperating with official foreign institutions for employment assistance. While the youth employment program is our primary activity, we also work in education of our members. We organize courses for foreign languages, business informatics, web and graphic design. The headquarters is located at SKPC Mejdan, Tuzla (stand A). Youth jobs for students A possibility of making up to 5000Eu during summer and winter holiday terms. During the holidays, foreign companies from Germany and Austria and also from all over Europe are interested in hiring workers in maintenance of various objects and machines and service activities. Fees are in a range of 8-10 Eu per hour and duration of programs that we offer are 40 and 75 work days. All interested students need to apply and become members so we could collect their data, create biographies and enter them into our database for future employments. Our job as an agency representing their members is to help employ people. When signing contracts with employers, we are obliged to give them certain guarantees, which above all refer to minimal knowledge of foreign language. We solved this issue in the following way. During the application process you will be asked to fill in your language skills level. In case that level is not satisfying, we supply you with a specific vocabulary formed on the past experience of people who already worked abroad. Students whose data was entered into our database earlier and those with higher level of language skills have the advantage. Also, students in early years of their studies have the advantage over seniors. Our associates' network is in contact with employers and working on making arrangements all the time. Employment Solve the unemployment issues. Following the demand in workers firstly in Western European countries then wider, we started the activities in attempt to solve the unemployment issues. All interested parties need to apply and become members so we could collect their data, create biographies and enter them into our database for future employments. Our job as an agency representing their members is to help employ people. Currently the highest demand in Germany and Austria is in cooks, bus drivers, nursers, welders and such. The issues that mostly occur are related to language skills level and qualification. After they become our members, we help people to resolve both, language learning and prequalification issues. People whose data was entered into our database earlier, those with higher level of language skills and younger people have the advantage.
